We stand behind the quality of every Queen BioLabs product. If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality concern, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility. Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require photographic documentation.

Non-returnable. Due to the nature of research peptides, opened or used vials cannot be returned.
